Must Have
5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, Post-secondary education in Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, Advanced Excel expertise (5+ years), including complex formulas, Power Query, VBA, and integration with external data sources, SQL/database experience (5+ years), including data extraction, transformation, and relational data modeling, Experience with MS Access (3+ years), including queries, reporting, and macro development, Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate findings into meaningful business insights

The Senior Analytics & Reporting Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining underwriting data infrastructure, analytics, and reporting solutions to support underwriting operations and strategic decision-making. This role combines technical data expertise, underwriting knowledge, and process optimization, supporting the Underwriting Department through advanced analytics, automation, and reporting capabilities. The Senior Analytics & Reporting Specialist works closely with underwriting, operations, and technology teams to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
