What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years experience as an analyst or analytics engineer, 1+ years leading others, analytical ability, Mathematical background with a solid grounding in statistics, Advanced SQL, Python/R, Able to write clean code, build efficient data pipelines, and coach these behaviours in others, Proven stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Familiarity with DBT, Data modelling in a warehouse context, Experience working in a highly-regulated and audited environment, Experience working with Financial data and ledgers

Building and maintaining critical data pipelines and dashboards
Performing data reconciliations
Hunting down and explaining discrepancies
Building controls to automate these
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Liaising with FX, Liquidity and Operations teams to understand how to improve your teams’ processes; Help stakeholders shape and understand what they want and need; Help the team shape their work to fit that need
