What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8-10+ years of experience in Analytics/Insights roles, Experience leading complex analytics projects, Experience integrating and analyzing multiple data sources, Advanced English
Nice to Have
Experience in FMCG/CPG and Consumer Health industries, Exposure to Retail and Life Sciences environments, Experience with Nielsen Discover and IQVIA Flexview, Experience managing information vendors, Commercial understanding of category dynamics, shopper behavior, and competitive landscape

El **Senior Analytics Manager Latam** es responsable de liderar iniciativas de analítica y desempeño de alto impacto en LATAM. Este rol opera con un alto grado de autonomía, siendo responsable de la gestión end-to-end, desde la definición del problema hasta su ejecución, y transformando datos complejos en insights claros y accionables.
