* Du leitest den strategischen Ausbau des E-Commerce Trackings innerhalb unserer hochfrequentierten SaaS Storefront Plattform * Du baust eine brandneue Analysefunktion von Grund auf neu auf und legst die Messinfrastruktur sowie das Fundament für die Plattform * Du definierst skalierbare KPIs und Performance-Metriken, die die Produktentwicklung für alle Mandant:en und Retail-Kunden systematisch vorantreiben * Du übersetzt Daten und Plattform-Performance-Analysen in konkrete Produktfeatures, nutzerfreundliche Anforderungen und langfristige Wachstumsstrategien * Du bewertest die Plattform Performance anhand von Branchenstandards im Retail und E-Commerce, um unsere Enterprise Produkte state-of-the-art zu halten * Du arbeitest eng mit drei kompetenten, crossfunktionalen Produktteams (Product, Engineering, QA und Design) zusammen, um datengestützte Features zu gestalten * Du agierst als strategischer Übersetzer zwischen den technischen Engineering-Teams und den kommerziellen Business Stakeholdern ## Qualifications * Du bringst mehr als 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im E-Commerce Umfeld mit, gepaart mit exzellenten analytischen Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägter Problemlösungskompetenz * Starker, MVP-fokussierter Ansatz bei dem Analytics, komplexe KPIs und die Messung der Plattformperformance im Mittelpunkt stehen * Fundierte Erfahrung mit Web-Analytics-Plattformen (z. B. Google Analytics, Plausible, Umami) sowie mit Tabellenkalkulations- und BI-Tools wie Google Sheets oder Microsoft Excel (PowerBI ist ein Plus) * Große Begeisterung für modernste KI Tools (z. B.
