The Challenge 🧩 As a Senior Analytics Engineer at Wallapop, your challenge will be to play a leadership role in designing, developing, and maintaining a complete data infrastructure and make it easily accessible to the entire domain team looking for synergies cross Wallapop to amplify the impact of the data. What You Will Do 👇 Lead the design and implementation of data infrastructure, including integrating and consolidating data from multiple sources for advanced analytics. Evaluate and select external analytics tools, platforms, and technologies to support advanced analytics capabilities. Create visually compelling and interactive dashboards and reports to provide data-driven insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify their data needs and drive scalable data-driven solutions. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior team members. Document analytics processes and establish clear practices for analytics tools to ensure long-term team scalability and easy onboarding. What We’re Looking For 🔎 Proficiency in Python and SQL, combined with a solid understanding of big data technologies. Strong coding skills and the ability to write maintainable, performant code. Proven expertise with ETL processes, data integration, and building reliable data pipelines. Strong knowledge of cloud-based environments
