What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field, 2–5+ years of advanced SQL experience, Hands-on experience with dbt, including data modeling, testing, and documentation, experience working with Amazon Redshift or similar columnar data warehouse technologies, Proven track record building, scaling, and optimizing Tableau dashboards and data sources, Deep understanding of data modeling concepts, including star schemas and fact/dimension tables, Ability to work with complex, messy, or incomplete datasets and transform them into structured, reliable reporting solutions, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, High level of ownership and accountability with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems, attention to detail with a focus on data quality, accuracy, and consistency
Nice to Have
Experience working with healthcare, value-based care, or claims/clinical datasets, Familiarity with ELT workflows and data orchestration tools, Experience using Python for data analysis, automation, or data engineering tasks
What You'll Do.
Develop and maintain scalable data models using dbt within a Redshift environment

About the job As a pivotal member of our Business Operations Team, the Senior Analytics Engineer will own and scale our reporting infrastructure across Redshift, dbt, and Tableau. You'll transform raw data into reliable, well-modeled datasets and deliver actionable insights that support leadership and operational decision-making across the organization. Your role will be instrumental in building a trusted, scalable, and high-performing reporting ecosystem by developing data models, optimizing reporting performance, and improving how data is accessed and utilized company-wide.
