What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Advanced SQL and dbt skills to clean, transform and validate data from Data warehouses or Data Lakes, Experience and knowledge in data warehousing and data modelling best practices, Experience in effectively using reporting tools to provide actionable insights to business teams, Ability to understand & translate business requirements into analytical projects while building relationships with stakeholders, Comfortable working in an small cross-disciplinary team where you will be the subject expert, Experience of working in an agile environment with good data analytics standards (e.g. coding and analytics best practices, PR reviews, …)
Nice to Have
Experience using Python for data analysis, automation or data quality workflows would be a plus.

Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with different departments (e.g. Product and Marketing) to identify opportunities for leveraging and expanding the organisation’s data assets; Partner with cross-functional teams to analyse user journeys across the app and develop models that help evaluate ROI and other key performance outcomes; Engage with stakeholders; Work in a small cross-disciplinary team
