This role is not a traditional BI or dashboard-only role. You will own the transformation layer that turns raw product events, backend logs, and operational data into clean, reliable, and reusable datasets for product analytics, experimentation, growth, creator insights, and investor-facing metrics. As an early member of the data function, you will work closely with product, engineering, growth, and leadership to define how Sekai understands user behavior, content performance, creator activity, retention, and product quality. You will design the canonical tables, metric definitions, data quality checks, and dashboards that help the team make faster and more trustworthy decisions. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across data modeling, analytics engineering, product thinking, and startup execution.
