What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or BI engineering, at least 2 years operating at a senior or lead level in a SaaS or technology environment, Expert SQL proficiency, Deep Snowflake expertise, Production dbt experience at scale, Strong Tableau skills or similar data visualization tools, Proven track record designing and operating a semantic or metrics layer, Experience modeling SaaS commercial data, Track record of mentoring Analysts, Excellent written and verbal able to brief a VP in five minutes and a board member in one slide, Bias toward treating analytics as a product
Nice to Have
Amazon Athena migration to Snowflake expertise, dbt Cloud, Monte Carlo, or similar observability tooling experience, Proficiency in Python or similar languages

You’ll be acting as a trusted thought partner to Product, GTM, and Finance leadership.
