What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Ph.D. with at least 7 years of relevant experience in analytical chemistry or MS with at least 10 years of relevant experience in analytical chemistry, Experience in analytical and stability operations, Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills in a complex, matrix environment, Ability to clearly articulate problems, challenges, and solutions, Comfortable handling technical and operational challenges in high-pressure environments
Nice to Have
Proficieny with LIMS or equivalent systems, Proficieny with statistical trending or equivalent tools
What You'll Do.
Provide analytical and stability technical support
Execute analytical chemistry strategies
Lead new method development
Solve complex problems
Develop fit-for-purpose analytical strategies
Create innovative methodologies
Develop novel approaches
Perform and direct method validation
Perform and direct method transfer
Recognize atypical data
Troubleshoot instrumentation issues
Establish and monitor developmental stability programs
Perform job responsibilities in compliance with cGMP
Lead analytical lab management
conduct and evaluate EHS training
Provide coaching on EHS risks
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Close collaboration with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams; Interface with internal and external partners; Liaise with R&D EHS lead
