What You'll Achieve.
Ensure all trade confirmation and settlement processes, reporting, and inquiry responses are completed timely and accurately; Minimize loss to either the shareholder and/or Fidelity; Successfully manage daily work volumes and quality standards
Industry & Context.
Identify, analyse, and resolve complex issues; Resolve potential operational risk; Develop solid action plans to resolve daily operational issues/problems; Proactively resolve and prevent problems
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience with industry practices and tools, Detailed knowledge of market settlement practices, Operational knowledge in FX settlement, Ability to work effectively within a team environment, Ability to develop solid action plans to resolve daily operational issues/problems, Must be able to recognize high-risk items and escalate those items or seek assistance to minimize loss
Nice to Have
Working knowledge of agile methodologies
What You'll Do.
Ensure all trade confirmation and settlement processes are completed
Monitor transactional confirmation
escrow activity and settlement
Perform market-specific processes to ensure confirmation and settlement
Manage daily work volumes and quality standards
Identify process improvements
Ensure responsibilities/assignments are performed timely
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Communicate with internal Equity / FX Trading Desks, Broker, Custodian Banks, and other business partners; Communicate with any party that may be involved; Work effectively within a team environment; Work with Manager and Team Leads; Work closely with traders, broker-dealer community and custodian bank network

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; Effective written and verbal communication

Participate as a Subject Matter Expert on projects
