Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field., 3-5 years of experience with exposure to Compliance & Risk., Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e. g. , PowerPoint, Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms)., analytical skills with ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and troubleshoot data quality issues., written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create clear documentation and executive-ready presentations., Autonomous and highly able to multi-task, manage priorities independently, and collaborate across teams., Attention to detail, and able to work effectively under pressure., Comfort translating complex regulatory and technical concepts into clear, actionable messages for diverse audiences., Good understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks.
What You'll Do.

Monitor controls and issues across Technology End of Life and seek opportunities for optimization and improvements.
Participate in control testing and validation activities
and support resolution of identified issues.
Report on the progress of remediation actions and process improvement initiatives to stakeholders.
Work in partnership with the IT Asset Management function to ensure effective monitoring of technology lifecycle management
Assist in designing and implementing new controls and processes to meet enterprise and regulatory requirements.
Analyze key performance indicators
metrics and reports to identify and investigate data anomalies and control exceptions.
Create clear and concise written communications and presentation materials for governance committees
and senior management.
Prepare supporting documentation including process flow diagrams
system lineage documentation
and control testing evidence.
