The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in the market research industry, with a strong background in survey programming and data management. This role involves designing, programming, and testing online surveys to ensure data quality and accuracy. **Key Responsibilities:** * Experience supporting fast-paced and quick-turnaround market research environment. * Proven track record of executing tasks independently, and operating with urgency, focus and discipline. * Passion for coding, with the ability to build efficient, scalable, and reusable code blocks. * Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with internal stakeholders, and internal team members at all levels – summarizing technical questions for a non-technical audience. * Exceptional ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects and priorities. * Deep understanding of the end-to-end survey data flow, considering field management and data processing needs during the survey development process **Core Responsibilities:** * Program and script high-complexity surveys on the Dimensions (IOM) Survey platform, ensuring accurate execution according to specifications, with a focus on on-time delivery and end-to-end quality assurance. * Conduct thorough testing of surveys, review data, and provide high-quality links to clients. * Coordinate with internal project managers / client services team members to finalize survey materials (questionnaire, quota targets, visuals, change logs); provide guidance on Dimensions (IOM) Survey functionality and solutions. * Review survey question
