Full Job Description

**What You’ll Do:** **Data Management, Experimentation & Analysis** * Acquire, integrate, and analyze structured and unstructured data, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and analytical integrity. * Perform advanced analysis of historical and campaign data to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities. * Drive analytic insights through regression, experimentation and other advanced analytics techniques. * Develop subject matter expertise in areas such as audience targeting, client journey analytics, campaign analysis, marketing channels, and content performance. **Reporting & Visualization** * Create clear, actionable visualizations and presentations that translate insights into business actions. * Develop, own, and maintain recurring dashboards, reports, and analytic processes. **Project Leadership & Strategy** * Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and analytical needs. * Translate business requirements into structured analytical approaches and lead projects through completion. * Proactively identify opportunities where analytics can improve business outcomes. * Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed. **Knowledge Sharing** * Promote best practices and continuous improvement in analytics tools and methodologies. * Document processes and share learnings across the team. * Serve as a subject matter expert within the analytics organization. **Cross-Functional Collaboration** * Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience Design (CXD), Engineering, and Finance partners to deliver integrated insights. * Participate in cross-divisional data initiatives and support resolution of data and operational challenges. **Communication & Presentation Excellence** * Deliver clear and timely updates to stakeholders. * Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations to communicate analysis insights and recommendations to stakeholder audiences. **Qualifications** * Minimum of five years related work experience. * Undergraduate degree or equival
