In collaboration with the Director, Inventory Optimization , the person in this role plays a key role in revenue optimization across a portfolio of routes. They leverage data analysis, market intelligence, and technological tools to guide strategic decisions and support the development of a next-generation revenue management system. This role directly contributes to achieving key performance indicators, including Revenue per Available Seat Mile (RASM) , load factor, and yield. Responsibilities: * Optimize revenue for a portfolio of routes by applying strategic levers and a strong understanding of market dynamics to maximize profitability * Analyze booking trends, demand forecasts, and competitive landscape to identify revenue opportunities and mitigate risks * Manage and calibrate revenue management systems (RMS) by validating inputs and outputs to ensure accurate, market-aligned forecasts * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (RASM, load factor, yield) and adjust strategies accordingly * Develop an in-depth understanding of customer behavior and price sensitivity to inform pricing and inventory strategies * Collaborate closely with RMS, pricing teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment * Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, methodologies, and decision-support tools in revenue management * Propose innovative approaches in a dynamic and evolving environmen
