You will support the data that underpins JLL’s research, insights, and client deliverables, working closely with local market Research teams and internal stakeholders. The role offers strong exposure to large‑scale real estate datasets, regional market dynamics, and emerging AI and automation tools, making it an excellent opportunity for a graduate interested in data‑driven work and building a strong foundation in research operations. **What your day-to-day will look like:** * Supporting Research teams across APAC with the timely submission and validation of market data * Reviewing datasets to identify missing information, inconsistencies, or unusual trends, and following up with teams to resolve issues * Assisting with the preparation and management of quarterly data cycles using agreed standards and processes * Maintaining and updating databases and systems used to store and deliver research data to clients and internal stakeholders * Monitoring key property market indicators and sense checking data against real estate fundamentals * Working with the APAC Data Operations Team Lead to test, adopt, and improve AI or automation tools that enhance data quality and efficiency * Documen
