Must Have
3–5 years experience in procurement operations, purchase order processing, or P2P, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field, Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, especially purchase order creation and procurement modules, Attention to detail with focus on data accuracy and process compliance, Ability to validate vendor details, pricing, quantities, coding, and supporting documentation, Excellent organizational skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities, Communication skills, Confidence collaborating across business, procurement, finance, and accounts payable teams, Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Maintain high service standards, Flexibility to adapt to shifting business priorities, Support work beyond routine tasks
What You'll Do.
Create Purchase Orders in NetSuite based on approved
Review incoming requests for completeness
Process POs accurately and on time
Update existing POs with changes
Validate vendor information
Ensure requests align with internal procurement policies and
Maintain high levels of data accuracy and record
Serve as a primary point of contact for
Coordinate with procurement
and accounts payable teams
Communicate clearly across teams to keep requests moving
Monitor PO approval workflows
Follow up with approvers to keep processing on
Track PO desk activity including volume
Report processing metrics to support visibility into operational
Prioritize workload effectively as business needs shift and
Support process improvement initiatives related to PO desk
Contribute to standardization efforts that improve consistency and
Adapt to changing priorities
Stretch beyond routine tasks when required
