Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts, including time-bound access, standing privileged access, and break-glass processes, Violation management, exception handling, and remediation tracking in a regulated environment, Supporting audit, risk, and control activities, including evidence preparation and auditor interactions
Nice to Have
understanding of risk and control frameworks and operational risk management, Experience working with ticketing and workflow tools (e. g. , JIRA, ServiceNow), Ability to analyse access data, identify trends, and recommend control improvements, stakeholder management and clear communication across technical and non-technical teams

Identification of emerging IAM technologies and industry trends by collaborating with networks and conferences to gain IAM expertise and best practice
Development of IAM governance documents and reports to align the implementation and adherence of policies across the organisation

Takes responsibility for end results of a team’s operational processing and activities
Escalate breaches of policies / procedure appropriately
Take responsibility for embedding new policies/ procedures adopted due to risk mitigation
