Our People Systems team is looking for a Senior Analyst who knows Workday inside and out and isn't satisfied with just keeping the lights on. You'll own our Workday HCM configuration and work across the People, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to design and build solutions that actually hold up as we scale. This role reports to the Senior Manager of People Systems. What sets this role apart: we're not looking for someone who defaults to the traditional approach. We want someone who thinks about AI and automation first, and reaches for conventional configuration second. What you'll do Own Workday HCM end-to-end: business processes, domain security, integrations, reporting. You'll lead release planning, stay ahead of new features, and drive adoption across the business. Default to automation. Before configuring a traditional solution, ask whether AI or automation can do it better. That mindset should be baked into how you work, not an afterthought.
