Must Have

3-6 years of career experience, Experience in People / Human Resources Analytics, Excel experience, Experience communicating technical results to non-technical audiences, Ability to collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams, Ability to work within the confines of data governance and privacy standards, Experience operating in an environment with handling multiple priorities, Experience with querying databases (SQL or T-SQL preferred), Experience in BI tools (Tableau or Power BI preferred), Experience in working with organizational/workforce data, Experience in providing regular reporting for a leadership audience

Our Global People Operations & Insights team is at the forefront of leveraging data to drive strategic decisions about our most valuable asset – our talent. The Senior Reporting Analyst will be a member of the Data Service team within the People, Operations and Insights team which provides data, analytics, and strategic decision support across multiple business units in regions across Mastercard. This individual will bring experience in analytics and reporting to enable data-driven decisions about talent at Mastercard. Competitive candidates will be detail-oriented, execution-focused, and accomplished with identifying opportunities to introduce consistency & scale to analytical outputs within a matrixed organization. All About You Essential Overall 3-6 years of career experience in a similar field Experience in People / Human Resources Analytics Excel experience including creating pivot datasets, conditional formulas and formatting, essential formulas, and charts/graphs Experience communicating technical results to non-technical audiences Ability to collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams, working across multiple time zones Flexible and responsive, with ability to adapt to rapid change in direction or business priority Openness to feedback and strong self-awareness
