Must Have
Proven experience as a payroll senior or similar role, Overall experience required 2+ years, specifically working on PeopleSoft 9. 2 for Payroll, Operational level experience in handling payroll processes in PeopleSoft, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification, Accounting Knowledge
Nice to Have
Experience in three or more of the following finance modules for PeopleSoft: Projects, Labor\Resource allocation, Payroll accounting, and billing, More than 3 years of working experience in Payroll Accounting & Analytical profile in MNC
What You'll Do.
Prepare Excel/Pivot charts for daily functioning
Processes company’s payroll every pay period
Maintains payroll processing system and records
Computes employee take-home pay
Adheres to payroll policies and procedures
Develop and maintain all relevant documentation
Ensure that appropriate process and systems controls are in place
Preparing ledger entries with earnings and deductions
Generating payroll reports for Managers
Attending to payroll inquiries from employees
Preparing reports and sending to Stakeholders
Identify appropriate use cases
Create and execute UAT test scripts
Supporting business initiatives/ support changes
Lead Governance Calls/Meetings with stakeholders
Participate in data extraction
data clean up and system configuration
Coordinate & follow up with Cluster PMOs & service delivery teams
Support new country transitions to Payday process

Responsibilities: * Prepare Excel/Pivot charts for daily functioning. * Processes company’s payroll every pay period in People Soft. * Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data in People Soft. * Computes employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes. * Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law. * Develop and maintain all relevant documentation, specifically the Global Data Dictionary. * Ensure that appropriate process and systems controls are in place and maintained to guarantee the integrity of master data, including performing & reporting on periodic audits. * Preparing ledger entries with earnings and deductions. * Generating payroll reports for Managers to review. * Attending to payroll inquiries from employees. * Preparing reports and sending to Stakeholders as part of monthly exercise * Identify appropriate use cases, create, and execute UAT test scripts. * Supporting business initiatives/ support changes. * Lead Governance Calls/Meetings with stakeholders. * Participate in data extraction, data conversion, data clean up and system configuration. * Coordinate
