What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3-5 years of experience in a related hospitality accounting or shared services role, Field experience with hands on knowledge of PMS/POS environments, Income Audit, and GL processes, Familiar with detailed workflows and system navigation

Nice to Have

CPA or university degree in hospitality, accounting or finance preferred, Multilingual is an asset

Drive adoption of best practices

Maximize use of standardized tools

Monitor and improve KPIs

Minimize Capgemini errors

Maximize efficiency of onsite processes

Assist in establishing/enforcing policies

Deliver highest level of service

Provide hotel users support

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with Operations Finance, property teams and BPO partner; Represent Operations Finance and properties on cross-functional projects

Communication Scope

Oral and written communication skills; Prepare and deliver reports; Effective presentations; Facilitate meetings

Process & Methodology

Multi-tasking, Project management skills
