This role is accountable for owning core operational reporting and margin analytics while also providing financial insight and decision support to stakeholders across the business. The position requires a balance of strong technical data capabilities, a solid understanding of ERP systems, and the ability to translate financial performance into clear, actionable insights. The successful candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates sound judgment, and collaborates effectively with cross-functional leaders to drive informed decision-making and operational excellence. **Responsibilities** **Month-End Reporting & Close** * Lead monthly Operations Finance reporting (OPEX, variance analysis, executive commentary) * Extract
