Must Have
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, real estate, or related field, Two to three years in commercial real estate, business analysis, research, or related field, Working knowledge of commercial real estate dynamics, economic fundamentals, and financial markets, Organizational, analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving ability, Excellent command of Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), Ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize and manage work in a dynamic environment with senior stakeholders, Quantitative skillset with ability to identify new insights and trends through data analytics, Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Serve as lead research point of contact for
