What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in a relevant field such as strategy/operations, product analytics, consulting, financial analysis, or value engineering
Nice to Have
Exposure to the payments industry or technology-driven B2B solutions is highly preferred, Familiarity with concepts in pricing, sales enablement, or customer success is beneficial
What You'll Do.
Uphold MVQ standards and best practices across all value quantification activities
Provide hands-on guidance and quality assurance to product and analytics teams in Core and CNPF as they develop ROI models and client value propositions
Ensure a consistent approach (common assumptions
calculation methods) is used enterprise-wide
Troubleshoot and refine analysis when teams encounter challenges (e.g.
complex benefit calculations)
Create and update documentation
and checklists that codify the MVQ methodology
Embed MVQ in respective areas by coordinating value quantification onboarding for new products or markets
aligning on priorities for which use-cases to tackle next
and sharing insights between Core and CNPF
Develop and refine a unified Mastercard value narrative that spans all products and services
Contribute analytical findings and frontline insights to shape how we communicate our value to various audiences
Gather and synthesize input from different business units so that the enterprise value story is comprehensive and evidence-based
Draft or review content for executive presentations

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Act as a bridge between the MVQ program and business teams; Work day-to-day with the MVQ Managers for Core and CNPF to embed MVQ in their respective areas; Partner with Sales, Account Management, Pricing, and Customer Success teams to ensure they understand and trust MVQ outputs; Collaborate with the MVQ Program Director and VP to develop and refine a unified Mastercard value narrative; Gather and synthesize input from different business units; Confident collaborating with stakeholders at all levels – from working team members to senior executives
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Proven ability to convey analytical concepts and results to non-technical audiences in a clear and persuasive manner; Experience in creating executive-ready presentations or reports is valuable; tailoring your message appropriately
Process & Methodology
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or programs is a plus, Able to prioritize effectively, balancing urgent support needs with longer-term projects
