What You'll Achieve.
Ensuring that master data from one entity is profiled, reconciled, harmonized, and migrated into the target organization's / target platform’s MDM ecosystem with full golden record integrity; Baseline data quality metrics (completeness, uniqueness, referential integrity); Quantify conflicts; Reconciliation protocols by wave (counts, field-level checks, hierarchy integrity, downstream impact); Operational reporting (KPIs, backlogs, exception trends)

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years in MDM/data stewardship/data operations, at least 2 years in migration/integration context, Experience with one or more MDM platforms (Informatica, Reltio, SAP MDG, Semarchy, Profisee), Matching algorithms, Survivorship, Hierarchy management, Reference data governance, Trust scoring, Golden record lifecycle, SQL, data profiling familiarity, APIs, ETL/ELT/integration understanding, understanding of downstream systems (CRM/ERPI/marketing), Working knowledge of data governance frameworks (classification, ownership/RACI, metadata management), Demonstrated overlap analysis + survivorship strategy + reconciliation at scale (100K+ records), Demonstrated experience in ambiguity/time-bound environments
Nice to Have
Regulated industry exposure preference called out for pharma/life sciences commercial data domains (HCP/HCO, product, territory/alignment), MDM tool-to-tool migration experience (e.g., Informatica → Reltio), Cloud data platforms familiarity (Snowflake/Databricks/Azure Synapse), cloud-native data architectures
