The Senior Analyst – US Market Access Analytics & Reporting will play a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making processes, generating insights, and providing strategic guidance to optimize our US Market Access, Pricing, and Reimbursement decision-making. This position requires a deep expertise in secondary analytics and statistical analytic techniques across payer, PBM, formulary, policy, and claims data to inform access strategy, contracting, launch planning, and ongoing performance management. The Senior Analyst partners closely with US Market Access Insights & Analytics team, BIT, etc., teams to translate complex access questions into actionable insights. The role also leverages AI/ML techniques to extract meaningful signals from unstructured data and applies AI-enabled approaches such as thematic synthesis and pattern detection to accelerate insights. Additionally, the analyst contributes to reporting and innovation initiatives, with a focus on enhancing analytical depth, scalability, and decision impact
