What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management OR 3 years of supply chain management experience, Demonstrated leadership, organizational and time management behaviors, Demonstrated capability in analyzing data/situations, problem solving and attention to detail, Collaborative approach: This role must effectively interface with multiple internal functions as well as external suppliers & transportation agents, Communication: oral, written and interpersonal skills, computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite and Supply planning system, Demonstrated results in driving continuous improvement in cost, quality, and business responsiveness, Demonstration of a “flow to the work” mentality to meet the changing business needs, Customer service focus, Self-starter
Nice to Have
Project management and / or change management experience, AI agent experience, Oracle Fusion experience, Prior customs experience, Prior food or coffee experience

Lead Intaking Green Coffee Process
Own Inbound Logistics Systems
Track KPIs for Service Companies
Manage WMS System for Carriers
Develop Cost Reduction Projects
Improve and Standardize Systems
Own and Manage Damage Claim Process
Provide Weight Certificates
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
