Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in HR operations or onboarding roles, knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels, Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to analyze data effectively, organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, Ability to foster a positive working environment, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards new employees
