Must Have

Proven experience in a fast-paced coordination, administrative, HR, or Talent Acquisition support role, customer service mindset with a focus on candidate and hiring manager experience, Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of transactions accurately, written and verbal communication confident interacting with diverse stakeholders, Solid understanding of recruitment operations, offers, onboarding, and compliance fundamentals, Comfortable working with case management tools (e. g. , ServiceNow) and HR process documentation, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, Highly organized, resilient, and able to manage competing priorities

Nice to Have

Prior experience working in a shared services or global support environment preferred, Hands-on experience with Workday (ATS or HR modules) or a similar HR/Recruitment system strongly preferred, Fluent in additional languages are an advantage, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
