Resolve Tier 1 queries, Maintain data on Location Creation, Maintain data on Data Correction, Maintain data on transaction rescinds, Maintain data on System Security requests, Resolve complex queries, Assist global employee/HR users, Manage Global compensation audits, Manage Global compensation reports, Communicate and distribute processes, Communicate and distribute policies, Manage semi-functional issues in Workday, Manage EIB Validations, Manage Mass uploads, Manage One-time payments bulk uploads, Manage comp requests, Coordinate queries on Case management tool, Assist SME/Sr.
SME with Knowledgebase building, Assist SME/Sr.
