What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5 years of analytical or operations experience in SaaS Sales Ops, RevOps, GTM Engineering, or a comparable function, experience with Salesforce, SQL hands-on experience with Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, or equivalent data warehouse, Demonstrated AI fluency, Clear written ability to present complex analytical work to VP-level stakeholders concisely
Nice to Have
Familiarity with lead routing and distribution tooling (LeanData, Salesforce routing rules, ChiliPiper, or similar), Experience building or contributing to a lead scoring model, prioritization framework, or comparable rules-based or statistical system

Who You Are You're a technically sharp, AI-native analyst who sees lead quality not as a reporting exercise but as a compounding strategic advantage. You build systems, not spreadsheets. You're equally comfortable writing SQL against a data warehouse, deploying a lead scoring model, and presenting findings to a VP of Sales. You move fast, document well, and automate everything that doesn't require a human judgment call. You bring a builder's mindset to an operator's environment: you can take an ambiguous brief, define the problem, instrument the data, and ship a v1 — then iterate quickly based on what you learn. You communicate with precision, push back constructively when something doesn't add up, and don't need a manager to tell you what to work on next. What You’ll Do - Design and deploy a lead scoring model using high-intent product, behavioral, and firmographic signals — working from data in Redshift, Salesforce, Gong, and Clay. - Build and maintain lead routing and distribution logic across inbound and outbound channels using LeanData and Salesforce, including guardrails, alerting, and monitoring. - Automate recurring analyti
