Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with portfolio managers on the platform; Partner closely with portfolio managers to shape investment strategy, position sizing, and risk management decisions; Present investment theses, risk assessments, and ongoing updates to the investment committee
Communication Scope
Ability to influence portfolio construction decisions; Effectively communicate both in written and oral formats; Explain and defend buy and sell ideas to the portfolio managers; Articulate complex ideas clearly to both internal and external stakeholders; Clarity and conviction in presentations
