Must Have

Knowledge of IP CCTV and access control system troubleshooting is essential, Must be Lenel OnGuard and Milestone Systems Certified, Essential networking skills include understanding TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing and must have ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues, Ability to work in rotational shifts, Must provide on call support to our clients

Nice to Have

4-8 years of experience, Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience

What You'll Do.

Provide knowledge and support for systems

Assist Supervisor to create SOP documents

Manage ServiceNow ticket queue

Perform project and service programming

Schedule third-party service vendors

Remediate service issues

Complete tasks assigned by management

Complete daily operations

Conduct routine maintenance

Perform performance analysis on systems

Participate in hardware/software lifecycle management
