What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-5 years of financial services industry experience, Knowledge of syndication market and trade life cycle
Nice to Have
CLO and loan closing experience, Experience of Clearpar system, WSO and notice manager, Experience dealing with trustees, counterparties and agents, Experience with an Agile methodology
What You'll Do.
and settle loan trades
Review loan/credit documentation
Perform daily reconciliations of trade positions and cash
Identify operational risk and ensure processes are followed
Identify and escalate issues impacting operations
Perform tasks for European Loan Operations team
Provide service to business partners
Participate in future project opportunities
Assist with development and review of policies
Manage daily work volumes and quality standards
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborating within team environment to successfully manage daily work volumes and quality standards; Providing exceptional service to the various business partners including portfolio managers, credit analysts, traders, counterparties and trustees; Global Middle Office (GMO) Trade Operations Division acts as a servicing centre for our trading desks, and external managers globally; Internal groups that assist in the group's daily responsibilities, including Compliance, Treasurer's Office, Counterparty Risk, Legal, Fund Accounting, and other Custody groups
