Brookfield is committed to the development of our people through challenging work assignments and exposure to diverse businesses. **Job Description** Human Resources Services (HRS) is an internal function providing global operations and business support across Brookfield’s lines of business. **Responsibilities** Equity Compensation Administration * Lead the administration of global equity compensation plans, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of transactions in compliance with plan rules and regulatory requirements. * Serve as subject matter expert for various components of plan administration, supporting internal stakeholders and/or plan participants. * Manage and optimize equity administration platforms, including Shareworks and related vendor systems, ensuring data integrity, operational efficiency and service excellence. * Oversee the preparation, validation, and reconciliation of recurring and ad hoc equity compensation reports. * Partner with Payroll, Tax, Finance, and external advisors to ensure accurate multi-jurisdictional tax withholding and reporting. * Lead audit, compliance, and control activities, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. * Develop and deliver participant communications, educational materials, and training resources related to equity compensation programs. * Perform analyses supporting payroll validation, accounting treatment, financial disclosures, and executive compensation reporting. * Monitor legislative, regulatory, and market developments impacting equity compensation programs and recommend appropriate actions.
