To learn more about CIBC, please visit [CIBC.com](https://www.cibc.com/en/about-cibc.html) **What you 'll be doing** As a Senior Analyst, you'll play a key role within our operations team, focusing on control reconciliation and tax reclamation processes. You'll conduct daily reviews of entitlement payments, elections, and approvals to ensure event announcements are accurately set up in ADP, and oversee manual entitlement processing. Supporting escalations from Prime Brokerage and other key lines of business, you'll provide thorough and timely investigation and resolution of inquiries. You'll serve as the primary contact for the end-to-end Foreign/ADR tax reclaim process, including making elections to reclaim withholding tax, completing forms for various foreign tax authorities, and monitoring event statuses to ensure all certification forms are submitted and withholding tax is successfully reclaimed. Your responsibilities will also include performing daily, weekly, and monthly reviews of control accounts, participating in both external audit year-end reviews and internal reviews related to control items. Additionally, you'll regularly provide technical guidance and professional advice to junior staff, and may lead projects related to the development and implementation of new or revised policies, procedures, and standards.
