Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in computers, IT, etc. , or related field, 4+ years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, or website performance analysis, Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (required), including segmentation, calculated metrics, and journey analysis, Excel proficiency (using sophisticated formulas, data manipulation), Sophisticated PowerPoint skills with consistent record to build executive-ready decks, Experience analyzing Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Organic performance and connecting media to onsite outcomes, analytical approach with ability to generate insights—not just reports—and to prioritize high-impact opportunities, Diligent with QA and debugging comfort with tagging validation and data integrity checks, Excellent communication and collaborator leadership skills, Awareness of privacy and consent considerations and adherence to data governance standards, Collaboration with multiple teams such as IT, Operations, etc.
