What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of Amazon Media advertising experience, Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, Moderate understanding of site tagging and ad tagging (Amazon Ad Tag), Familiarity with ad policies and creative standards, In-depth knowledge of various inventory types, including video and display offerings, Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and third-party inventory, analytical skills and comfort with MS Excel, data analysis, and Internet technologies, Excellent communication (English and Spanish) and presentation skills with a solid ability to create and build relationships, Effective troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills for client issues, Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay close attention to details, Ability to contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-based environment
Nice to Have
Similar retail media network experience is preferred, Preferred experience with client and account management, Experience with people management preferred

Make recommendations to optimize client campaigns based on their goals. Translate media planning inputs into comprehensive campaign builds. Hands-on management of campaigns, ensuring proper pacing, and performing in-platform optimizations. Deliver regular reporting and handle ad-hoc client requests promptly. Assist with business administration, including budget management & billing. Support account leads with strategic media planning requests.
