1-3 years of direct experience in hands-on advertising operations or digital marketing role, Practical experience with Google Tag Manager, implementing tracking pixels for major ad platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), Highly organized, process-driven, keen eye for detail, proactive problem-solver, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, written and verbal communication skills for providing clear support to stakeholders, Familiarity with project management tools (e. g. , Workfront), proficiency in Microsoft Excel, eagerness to learn and grow within the dynamic field of advertising technology and operations

Manage AdOps support queue

Resolve technical and administrative issues

Execute user access requests

Implement paid media tracking

Assist with advanced tracking solutions

Conduct quality assurance checks

Create and manage UTM tracking links

Execute PO requisitions

Assist with financial reconciliation

Maintain process documentation

Enforce campaign naming conventions

Support vendor and agency onboarding

Identify workflow improvements
