What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in a data analytics role, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Excellent problem-solving skills, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Proven ability building ETL data applications, Proficiency using Apache Spark, PySpark, Airflow, DBT or equivalent frameworks, Experience working with distributed data processing and cloud platforms, Proficient in data manipulation and statistical analysis using SQL, R, Python or similar, Experience with visualisation tools, Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, Comfortable collaborating and building relationships, Tertiary qualification in a relevant commercial or quantitative discipline
Nice to Have
Experience building ETL data applications, using Databricks as a plus, Experience working with distributed data processing and cloud platforms (preferably AWS), Experience working across the marketing/advertising technology ecosystem, Understanding of advanced analytics techniques and procedures, Understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics techniques, Experience in marketing campaign measurement techniques
