This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage SharePoint to enhance and transform digital content delivery within the real estate investment space. You will play a key role in supporting and managing JLL Connect sites and driving best-in-class content publishing practices. **Understanding and translating business needs** You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, processes, and functional specifications. This includes ensuring seamless planning and prioritization of projects with no gaps. **Key responsibilities include:** * Creating and managing SharePoint sites and pages in alignment with JLL brand guidelines * Providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders on site structure and content architecture * Driving process improvements and ensuring adoption of best practices * Support SharePoint analytics reporting and enhance usability **Stakeholder management & delivery excellence** * Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, website owners, and requesters * Manage content requests, queries, and issue resolution effectively * Track user acceptance, identify gaps, and support issue investigation and resolution * Ensure timely delivery against agreed timelines and maintain consistent
