This team manages marketplace strategy across all brands, focusing on revenue growth and balance. You will lead marketplace initiatives and promotional strategies, partnering across the organization to ensure successful execution through quantitative and strategic analysis. This role reports into the Associate Director, Strategic Analytics and can be based out of any of our 4 office locations: Aix-en-Provence, Amsterdam, Berlin and London. What you’ll do: - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. - Collaborate with broader marketing teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive revenue/LTV growth and market expansion. - Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) that guide marketplace health. - Formulate A/B test frameworks to discern the impact of adjustments/new initiatives on marketplace & other business metrics. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and overall analytical capabilities. - Leverage advanced analytical tools and AI tools to optimize workflo
