What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years in Sales Analytics, Category Management, or Shopper Insights, Experience analyzing sales data and reports, Experience with POS, syndicated, panel, and retailer shopper data (e.g. , Circana, Nielsen, Scintilla, Spectra, Market Track), Proficiency with JDA Pro Space and Microsoft Office, including Word, Access, and PowerPoint, Ability to build customer and cross-functional relationships, Ability to support shopper and channel reporting to drive retail strategy execution, written and verbal communication skills, analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills, Self-starter able to manage multiple projects
Nice to Have
Proficiency with data visualization tools (Spotfire, Power BI, or Tableau), Experience with space automation tools, Awareness of industry trends and category insights, Experience with third-party data sources (e.g. , NPD, Mintel, Kantar)
