Experience in payroll compliance and /or workers compensation, Experience in auditing or related assurance work, technical accounting and analytical capability, Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail, Ability to manage multiple engagements while meeting deadlines and quality expectations, Applicants must have full Australian working rights
Nice to Have
Professional services experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Deliver wage audit engagements in accordance with legislative and regulatory requirements
contractor and financial records to assess accuracy of declared wages and compliance
Perform data analysis across payroll systems
PAYG and supporting documentation
Prepare audit working papers
progress reporting and final audit deliverables in line with prescribed formats
Maintain effective and professional engagement with employers
regulators and internal stakeholders
escalate complex matters appropriately
and meet defined quality and timeliness standards
Contribute to coaching and review of junior team members
as appropriate to level
