Must Have
Requires at least 3 years of professional experience, preferably as an industry analyst or in vendor corporate strategy, market research, consulting, journalism, or a relevant technology company role. A Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related topic is necessary. Proven commercial acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams are required. Strong understanding of the Chinese AI ecosystem and the ability to form credible opinions on its evolution are essential. Proficiency in quantitative research, including building and enhancing market forecasts and trackers, is needed. Excellent written communication skills for synthesizing complex ideas and strong verbal communication and presentation skills for engaging with executives are required. The ability to build an industry profile and manage workload to meet deadlines is crucial. Travel domestically and internationally is required.
Nice to Have
Existing relationships within the Chinese AI ecosystem and a network of industry contacts are desirable. Experience in producing third-party research assets is preferred.
