The Strategic Transaction Analysis & Modeling team (“Team”) specializes in the analysis and modeling of corporate transactions, supporting attorneys and clients in evaluating strategic business decisions and driving deal execution. The Senior Analyst will contribute to the Team by preparing financial models and analyzing mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, down rounds, recapitalizations and other complex matters. **What You Will Do:** * Develop, refine and audit complex financial models for corporate transactions * Prepare, update and revise deal models, allocation schedules, waterfalls and pro forma capitalization tables, incorporating direction from senior Team members * Understand financial information, legal documentation and relevant analytical concepts and generate models that clearly and accurately reflect transaction economics * Conduct
