BAS degree in real estate, finance, accounting, or economics or related field with record of academic achievement, Minimum 2-4 year of relevant professional experience with developing competencies, Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship, US Jobs Only: This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Highly skilled in modeling investments in Argus experience is a plus
What You'll Do.
Perform complex financial analyses
including Argus valuation models and Excel-based underwriting proformas
cash flow projections and sensitivity analyses
Perform detailed quarterly financial statement analysis
current and future cash flow and forecasting of cash flows through Argus
Review and analyze potential leases and their financial impact on an investment
Assist property managers in development of annual operating budgets and quarterly reforecasts
Provide analytical support to colleagues in the areas of fund operations and asset management
Assist asset managers in the disposition process
Oversee compliance of ground leases and mortgages
Gather and evaluate economic and market data
Assist with client reporting and presentation preparation
including the presentation of investment memoranda to the firm’s Investment Committee
