In collaboration with the Manager, Ancillary Revenues, the incumbent contributes to the maximization of ancillary revenues, a key driver of organizational performance. The individual analyzes the performance of existing products, identifies growth opportunities, and actively participates in the development, pricing, and evolution of fare families. Responsibilities: * Identify and implement initiatives aimed at maximizing revenue and profitability. * Optimize existing ancillary products (seat selection, baggage, onboard sales, upgrades, etc.). * Analyze sales performance and recommend short- and long-term improvement strategies. * Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities and new products. * Lead and optimize the buy-up strategy across different fare families. * Enhance the structure of fare families to strengthen their value proposition and improve conversion. * Develop, track, and interpret performance indicators related to ancillary revenues. * Use analytical tools and models to support dynamic pricing and adjust strategies accordingly. * Act as an ambassador for ancillary revenues within the organization and communicate results to internal teams. * Collaborate closely with pricing and revenue management teams to ensure alignment of strategies. ## Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (finance, economics, analytics, or equivalent). * 2 to 5 years of experience in revenu
