The Senior Reporting Analyst will be a member of the Data Service team within the People, Operations and Insights team which provides data, analytics, and strategic decision support across multiple business units in regions across Mastercard. This individual will bring experience in analytics and reporting to enable data-driven decisions about talent at Mastercard. Competitive candidates will be detail-oriented, execution-focused, and accomplished with identifying opportunities to introduce consistency & scale to analytical outputs within a matrixed organization.
